Looking for some one to test drive a DXtheme for me.. I am almost done with the theme but I am having a couple of problems with it..And I don't want to release it until I am sure it is working ok. I'm not sure if it is a bug with DX or something to do with my Computer, So I would like to have some one else see if it does the same thing on their computer.
Problem one ...Volume and Balance sliders won't work on the DXplayer.
Problem two ... I have six buttons that have a script to fade an icon on mouse over. 5 of the 6 scripts work every time but one script will quit working( always on the same object) If I restart desktopx it will work again for a short time..

If you would like to test the theme for me you can email me and I will send it to you...

Thank you Cyberium for offering to help but the theme has already been tested and uploaded. I apologize for not posting back to this thread saying that I no longer need it tested.. And thanks again for the help with the script.. I am sorry to say I was not able to use it for the icons. Not sure why but when I tried to use the script it used to much CPU power.. Also for some reason 1 of the six icons would not appear again after about ten minutes.. After restarting DX it would work right but then stop working after approx 10 minutes.... I am working on another theme and will try to use it in the new theme...

AS to your Question......... LOL 59 year old Male going on 21

Yeah, I found out recently (being yesterday) that there's a link between Timers and CPU usage.. Currently working on a program that reads and writes files alot (written in VBScript, designed in DX) and Timers running once every millisecond (i.e. Object.SetTimer 1, 1) swamps the CPU, slowing the timer to at least 1000 (a second) seems to be alright - As to the other part an icon not reappearing again... no clue

If you don't ask you'll never know!
